About the Role
As a List Building Specialist at SmartOutreach, you’ll be responsible for researching, identifying, and verifying high-quality leads that match our clients’ ideal customer profiles. Your role is the foundation of every successful outreach campaign. You’ll use tools, databases, and creative research methods to build accurate prospect lists with verified contact details. Attention to detail, speed, and precision are key, as the leads you generate will directly fuel client growth and booked appointments.
What You’ll Do

Research and identify potential leads that fit client ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles).

Collect and verify accurate contact details, including emails and business info.

Maintain and organize lead lists in spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Collaborate with the outreach and copywriting teams to ensure leads align with campaign goals.

Consistently update and improve data quality to maximize appointment booking success.
What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience in lead generation, data research, or list building.

Strong skills with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar databases.

High attention to detail and accuracy when verifying data.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and outreach tools.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
